  • HDFC: The Bank’s loan portfolio stood at Rs 8,367 crore in the fourth quarter, compared to Rs 7,503 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The bank’s gross income from dividends stood at Rs 128 crore on March 31, 2022.

  • Bharat Electronics: Achieves revenue of Rs 15,000 crore in the financial year 2021-2 against revenue of Rs 13,818 crore. The company’s backlog as of April 1 is around Rs 57,000 crore.

  • Avenue Supermarkets: Autonomous operating revenue for the quarter ended March at Rs 8,606.09 crore.

  • GLI: The company has raised the price of piped gas by Rs 5/SCM in Delhi. It also increases the price of CNG by Rs 0.8/Kg from April 1.

  • MotoCorp Heroes: The company’s sales fell 21.98% in March 2022. Sales were 4,50,154 units from 5,76,957 in March 2021.

  • Recorder: The company ceased operation of 23 screens across 9 properties when their lease with Cineline India expired.

  • At Dr. Reddy: The company will acquire the Cidmus cardiovascular brand from Novartis AG for $61 million.

  • TV engines: The company’s sales fell 4.55% in March 2022. Sales were 3,07,954 units from 3,22,643 in March 2021.

  • JSW Energy: The company’s subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy, has entered with the Chhattisgarh government for the establishment of a 1,000 MW capacity of hydroelectric pumped storage project, viz. Hasdev Bango Pumped Storage Project, Chhattisgarh.

  • Eicher engines: The company’s sales increased by 2.45% in March 2022. Sales were 67,677 units compared to 66,058 in March 2021.

  • Future business: The company defaulted on a total amount of Rs 2,835.65 crore as of March 31 to a consortium of banks and lenders under the single resolution plan

  • Angel One: The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share with a par value of Rs 10 per share.

  • HCL technologies: The company will consider declaring an interim dividend on April 21-22.

  • Electrical network: The company transferred the remaining 26% equity stake in Powergrid Vizag Transmission to PGlnvlT at a price of Rs 330.78 crore. The company has waived its right to additional revenue accruing to Powergrid Parli Transmission, Powergrid Warora Transmission and Powergrid Jabalpur Transmission to PGlnvlT for Rs 304.15 crore.

  • Cummins India: Cummins Research and Technology, a 50/50 joint venture between the company and its American branch is voluntarily liquidated. CRTIPL, as of March 31, 2021, was Rs. 279 lakhs constituting 0.059% of the consolidated net worth of the company.

  • L&T Technology Services: The company will consider declaring a dividend on April 21.

  • NTPC: The company has commissioned a 250MW captive power unit, in Rourkela, Odisha, from NTPC Sail Power, a joint venture. The installed and commercial capacity of NSPCL became 1064 MW while the installed capacity of NTPC Group became 68881.68 MW.

  • Supreme Petrochemical: The company has received a green light from the NCLT for the reduction of the paid up share capital from Rs 94.02 crore to Rs 37.6 crore by reduction of the face value from Rs 10 to Rs 4 each.

  • Acrylic: The UK arm of the company will acquire 100% of the shares of Tickford Orange, UK, together with its wholly owned operating subsidiary Sylmar Technology for £11 million. STL are a manufacturer, distributor and customizer of high quality kitchen and bathroom solid surface products for domestic and commercial purposes for the UK markets.

  • Sandhar technology: The company obtained machining operations from TVS Motors Company. With the assignment of this business, the company entered machining for castings.

  • Alkem Laboratories: ISP Chile conducted an inspection at the company’s manufacturing facility located in Daman, India from March 28, 2022 to April 1, 2022. No observations essential to good manufacturing practices were detected.

  • Subex: The Company executed the transfer of the Revenue Maximization Solution business from Subex Assurance LLP to the Company.

  • PTC India: The company recorded a volume of 8745 crore units of energy in the fiscal year 2021-22.

  • Global Vaibhav: The company acquired 15 lakh shares of Vaibhav Lifestyle, increasing its stake from 75% to 100%.

  • Bhageria Industries: The company has commissioned 4.5MW solar power projects in Ahmednagar as a turnkey EPC project for a customer for its captive consumption.
